Hello everyone! I am honored to receive the honor of outstanding employee of Tangli Company in 2024, first of all, I would like to thank the leaders and the company for their recognition of my work! I would like to take this opportunity to express my personal journey! Since I entered the company in May 2024, from a novice who knows nothing about the saw blade industry, to the development of regional distributors independently, the first thing I want to thank is the workshop partners who led me in the first two months of entering the company: the factory director gave me a detailed explanation and recorded countless circular saw blade separators; There are also welding teeth, sandblasting, stress, leveling, dynamic balancing, quality inspection and patient explanation of colleagues in the tool group, you are all my leaders in the industry; Secondly, Mr. Sun, Mr. Shi, and Mr. Haiyang, who led me to the market, as the pioneer of the saw blade tool industry, gave me a lot of information about dealers! I would also like to thank the customer for the non-standard customization of the drawing confirmation of the Huang Gong, this tricky old Shanghai, although usually ruthless, but the degree of cooperation in the work is still very high! There is also a sales documentary beauty after the order is placed, our Xiaofeng and Ni hug, every time from the order to the shipment will follow up the whole process, and every time I am urged to produce the merchandiser Ms. Wang Fangfang, the work attitude is extremely serious, thanks to the indispensable warehouse staff! Without your guidance and cooperation, there would be no Feng Wu who can enter the working state today!
In my more than 20-year career, it was the first time that I took the stage as an employee to give an acceptance speech, but in fact, I had a negative attitude towards myself at the beginning, how did I live back? But look back: what's there? I used to do well as a small leader, and now I do a good job as an employee. What's wrong with the staff! 95% of a company or enterprise are grassroots employees, and most of us here are. At this moment, I would like to share with you a concept that every employee here is very important to the company!
First, our grassroots employees are the foundation of the company's development. Thousands of high-rise buildings from the ground, the foundation determines the superstructure, how much development the enterprise can actually largely depend on the strength of the grassroots employees of the enterprise, when everyone performs their duties, earnestly complete the work arranged by the leadership, and lay a good foundation for the enterprise, the leadership can be on this foundation to add bricks and tiles!
Second, grass-roots employees are the parts that ensure the normal operation of the company's machines. If a company is like a machine, then every grassroots employee is a part, and there is no irreplaceable new work at the grassroots level, but the parts themselves are irreplaceable.
Third, grass-roots employees are the specific executors of the work. Managers make the company's strategic plan, a variety of work plans, and these work plans are to be implemented and completed by grassroots employees. Without our employees, everything would be on paper!
In Tangli, the work attitude of grassroots employees directly affects the quality of saw blades, so our employees must not be arrogant!
In the eight months since I came to Tangli, I have a very good feeling that we get along very well, we have a lot of special chefs in Tangli, and we all enjoy a lot of food together after work! We had a lot of fun together! In fact, our company is also full of talents: there is Luo Jinliang, the guitarist of our knife group; There is Yan Li, a Chinese music singer from our teeth grinding group; There is Xie Keyue, the king of Liangtang in Guangxi, who is in our leveling group; There is Che Hongmin, the Sichuan chef of our dynamic balance group; Chen Haiyang, a Hunan chef who has our business; There is also Yang Chaohui, a craftsman in our logistics group, who needs to make ornaments and auxiliary equipment in the factory!
Tang Li is like a big family, and every grassroots worker of Tang Li is working silently in their own jobs! The company's opening ceremony on December 6, 2024 has made a good advertising for our sales department, and has accumulated a certain reputation in the industry, and in the next 2025, I hope that every partner of our Tangli can formalize their own energy and value, and everyone can work together towards the goal of big sales, as long as we are serious enough and hard enough. We will definitely be able to achieve a better self and a better Tang Li!
