3. Manufacturing

Tangli Group is equipped with the most advanced production equipment in the world, including laser cutting machines, automatic welding machines, CNC spark machines, and five-axis CNC machining centers. We strictly adhere to design specifications during production, ensuring precision and stability. During manufacturing, we use imported high-quality materials and advanced process technologies to guarantee that every product meets our clients' high standards.

4. Quality Control

We implement rigorous quality control at every stage of production, from raw material inspection to final product testing, to ensure the superior quality of every item. Our inspection procedures include substrate hardness testing, dynamic balance testing, grinding runout testing, tooth angle projection testing, stress testing, and finished product trial cutting, among others. This ensures that our products meet all of our clients' quality requirements.

5. Logistics and Delivery

After production and quality inspection, we use an efficient logistics system to ensure that products are delivered safely and on time to the client’s specified location. We work with multiple logistics providers to ensure that products remain intact during transportation and are delivered promptly.

6. After-sale Service

From the beginning of shipment, we will track the logistics direction in real time and ensure you use instructions after receiving the goods.
